If you have a gluten intolerance, it is better to omit the following products. Namely: Yogurt, custard, cottage cheese, cheese, cookies, cake, ice cream, milkshakes, whipped cream, other types of cream, butter and of course milk. By omitting products that you should not eat with both intolerances, you minimize the chance that you will suffer from these complaints again.
