Quercetin supplements per dose can range from 500 milligrams up to 1,200 milligrams. In powders and liquid forms are generally two scoops, two sprays, or two drops. Depending on the dosage of the supplement you take.

Quercetin powder supplements may also include other substances. Such as Vitamin C and bromelain. It may help the body absorb quercetin more effectively.
